1. Choose Your Therapy Style

Whether you prefer virtual therapy, phone sessions, or meeting in person, we’re here to support you in the way that feels right for you.

2. Book an Initial Session

In our first 80-minute session, we’ll get to know each other and discuss what’s been working (and what hasn’t). You’ll leave with a clear sense of the treatment options available to you, how long it will take to feel better, and what to expect on your healing journey.

3. Get a Treatment Plan & Start the Work

Before our next session, you will get a personalized treatment plan and we will start working on giving you the tools you need to be okay even when life isn’t.
